Creatify's cheapest paid plan, Starter, costs $39 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly, for 100 credits. The Free plan gives you 10 credits a month with watermarked exports, enough for two video ads of up to 15 seconds. A standard video ad uses 5 credits per 15 seconds, so a 30-second ad costs $3.90 on monthly Starter and $1.90 on annual Starter.

Below is the full Creatify pricing picture, from the Pro tiers and credit costs to the refund rules, then the alternatives worth comparing.

We checked every price on Creatify's own pricing page, help center and API docs, and every alternative on the vendor's own site. Here is how we checked.

Creatify pricing at a glance

Plan Monthly billing Annual billing Credits Main limits
Free $0 $0 10 a month Watermarked exports, up to 2 video ads of up to 15 seconds or 20 image ads, 300 AI actors
Starter $39/mo $19/mo 100 a month 300 AI actors, videos up to 2 minutes, 1 generation at a time, 1 seat
Pro From $99/mo From $49/mo 300 to 5,000 a month 1,500 AI actors plus 3 custom avatars, videos up to 10 minutes, up to 5 generations in parallel, 2 seats included (up to 5)
Enterprise Custom Custom Custom (the card shows 1,200 credits a year) Custom credit, seat and brand limits, done-for-you Creatify Studio, white-label, dedicated account manager

From creatify.ai/pricing, in US dollars. Creatify says annual billing saves up to 50%.

Making product ads rather than presenter videos?

CamClo AI's Video Ads tool generates the whole ad from your product photo, with the product used, worn or unboxed on screen: an 8-second 720p UGC ad costs 11 credits, script included, about $3.59 on the $49 Creator plan (150 credits). There is a 7-day free trial with 20 credits. Compare CamClo AI plans.

Creatify Pro credit tiers

Pro is not one price. A slider on the Pro card sets your monthly credits. On monthly billing the price per credit falls from the 1,000-credit tier up; on annual billing it stays between about $0.16 and $0.18 at every tier.

Plan and credits a month Monthly billing Annual billing, per month Per credit, monthly Per credit, annual
Starter, 100 $39 $19 $0.390 $0.190
Pro, 300 $99 $49 $0.330 $0.163
Pro, 600 $199 $99 $0.332 $0.165
Pro, 1,000 $299 $179 $0.299 $0.179
Pro, 2,000 $499 $349 $0.250 $0.175
Pro, 5,000 $999 $799 $0.200 $0.160

Prices from each step of the Pro slider; per-credit figures are our arithmetic. On monthly billing the slider's second step is labelled 500 until you select it, then shows 600 credits for $199. On annual billing, the 600-credit tier is cheaper per credit than the 1,000 and 2,000 tiers.

Two things stand out. Annual billing roughly halves the price per credit on Starter and the smaller Pro tiers. And on monthly billing, 600 credits cost almost exactly what 300 do per credit, so the bigger tiers only pay off from 1,000 credits up.

What a Creatify credit buys

Creatify's help center sets the credit cost by tool and video length. For most tools the app shows the exact cost before you render. The exceptions are Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone, where Creatify says the cost is variable and cannot be worked out in advance.

What you make Credits
Video Ad, Avatar Video or AI Shorts 5 per 15 seconds of video, rounded up
AI revision of those videos 3 per 15 seconds, rounded up; free on Pro and above if the script, avatar and voice stay the same
Product Video: image 1 per image
Product Video: Aurora model 5 per 15 seconds, rounded up
Product Video: Google Veo 3 Flat 10, for up to 8 seconds
Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone Variable, depending on prompt complexity, attempts and processing
Image ad About 0.5, per the pricing page
Asset Generator and other tools Shown on screen before you render

From Creatify's help article "Credit Usage Billing and Validity" (updated August 19, 2026) and the credit tooltips on the pricing page. The pricing page's Pro tooltip puts a video ad at roughly 2 to 20 credits.

Creatify help center article listing 5 credits per 15 seconds for Video Ad, Avatar Video and AI Shorts, 3 credits per 15 seconds for revisions, and variable credits for Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone
Creatify's credit costs in its help center.

Creatify's FAQ also separates edits from revisions. Manual edits to an exported project, such as text, captions, trims, media swaps and layout, are free and unlimited. Anything that re-runs the AI, such as a new video, avatar, voice or script, counts as a new generation and uses credits.

Creatify's FAQ also says the AI Shorts, Product Video and Video Translation tools left the dashboard at the end of May 2026 but still work from direct links in the help center.

What a Creatify ad really costs

What matters is credits per ad times the price per credit. For Creatify's standard Video Ad and Avatar Video tools, at 5 credits per 15 seconds:

Plan and billing 15-second ad (5 credits) 30-second ad (10 credits) 60-second ad (20 credits) 30-second ads a month
Starter, monthly $1.95 $3.90 $7.80 10
Starter, annual $0.95 $1.90 $3.80 10
Pro 300, monthly $1.65 $3.30 $6.60 30
Pro 300, annual $0.82 $1.63 $3.27 30
Pro 5,000, monthly $1.00 $2.00 $4.00 500
Pro 5,000, annual $0.80 $1.60 $3.20 500

Our arithmetic on Creatify's published prices and credit rates, before revisions and taxes. Ads a month assume every credit goes to 30-second ads with no retakes.

Those are best cases. Four things push the real cost up:

  • Rounding. Length is rounded up to the next 15 seconds, so a 16-second ad costs the same 10 credits as a 30-second one.
  • Revisions on Starter. Each AI revision of a 30-second ad costs 6 more credits. Two revisions turn a 10-credit ad into 22 credits, or $8.58 on monthly Starter. On Pro, revisions are free while the script, avatar and voice stay the same.
  • Generative clips. A Veo 3 clip of up to 8 seconds in the Product Video tool is a flat 10 credits: $3.90 on monthly Starter, $1.63 on annual Pro 300.
  • Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone. These are variable, and Creatify publishes no range for them. Its free plan article says 10 credits is not enough to finish a video with Ad Flow or Agent (Ad Clone follows the Agent's rules), so expect more than 10 credits per finished ad, over $3.30 on monthly Pro 300. Creatify warns that credits can add up quickly.

What each Creatify plan includes

The comparison table on the pricing page shows where the plans differ beyond credits:

  • Starter: 300 AI actors, 50+ premium AI models, 200+ ad templates, one generation at a time, videos up to 2 minutes, one seat, one brand space, 5GB of asset storage, the Agent, and the Ad Launcher for Meta, TikTok and AppLovin.
  • Pro adds: 1,500 AI actors and 3 custom avatars, 100+ models, 500+ templates, up to 5 generations in parallel, videos up to 10 minutes, 2 seats and 2 brand spaces included (up to 5 of each on the plan card), 10GB of storage, a competitor ad tracker for up to 10 brands, Ad Flow, Ad Clone, Ad Insights, the AI Performance Agent, and Creatify's MCP for Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Enterprise adds: custom credits, seats and brands, Creatify Studio (a done-for-you service), custom model fine-tuning, white-label support, an enterprise SLA with IP assignment, API volume discounts and a dedicated account manager.
Creatify Compare Plans table showing Starter without Ad Flow, Ad Clone, Ad Insights or the AI Performance Agent, and video duration up to 2 minutes on Starter and 10 minutes on Pro
Creatify's plan comparison table.

Creatify's own pages disagree on one point. The Starter card lists "AdFlow (200+ Templates)" and the free plan article says Ad Flow is available on Free, but the comparison table marks Ad Flow, Ad Clone, Ad Insights, the competitor tracker and the Performance Agent as Pro and above. If Ad Flow is the reason you are buying, check it in the app before you pay for Starter.

Credit rules: expiry, plan changes and refunds

  • Expiry. Creatify's FAQ says unused credits are valid for 2 months, so they carry into the next month and then expire. The tooltip on the annual Pro plan says its credits expire yearly.
  • Free credits. The Free plan gives you 10 new credits each month. Free credits do not move to a paid plan when you upgrade.
  • More credits. Creatify's help article on getting more credits describes upgrading your plan. We found no one-off credit packs on the pricing page or in the help center.
  • Plan changes. A change starts a new billing cycle, and unused credits stay available through it. You cannot switch away from an annual plan until you have fewer than 10 credits left.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel any time; your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the billing period. The cancellation flow also offers a Pause Plan option.
  • Refunds. Creatify's refund policy says payments are final and non-refundable.
  • Usage rights. Creatify's FAQ says you own your creatives, even after your plan ends, and that its stock footage is royalty-free.

Creatify API pricing

The API is sold separately from the app plans, and it bills some tools in 30-second steps rather than 15.

API plan Price Credits a month Per credit
API Starter $99/month 500 $0.198
API Pro $299/month 2,000 $0.150
API Enterprise Contact sales Custom Volume discounts

From docs.creatify.ai/billing; per-credit figures are our arithmetic. URL to Video and AI Avatar cost 5 credits per 30 seconds; Aurora 1 credit per second (Aurora Fast 0.5); Boreal 1, 3 or 12 credits per 10 seconds at 720p, 1080p or 2K; Ad Clone 12 credits per 5 seconds; an HTML interactive ad 10 credits.

At those rates, a 30-second URL-to-video ad over the API costs about $0.99 on API Starter and $0.75 on API Pro.

Is Creatify worth the price?

Creatify is good value when your ads are short, avatar-led and built from product links: under $1 for a 15-second ad on annual Starter, and $1.60 to $1.79 for 30 seconds on annual Pro, depending on the tier. It costs more when you pay monthly, revise a lot on Starter, lean on Agent, Ad Flow or Ad Clone, or need Pro-only tools. Payments are non-refundable, so spend the Free plan's 10 credits on your own product before you commit to a year.

Be clear about what the 5-credit rate buys: an AI actor presenting your product, put together with the images, video and text you upload or pull from your product link. If you want the scene itself generated, with the product used, worn or unboxed, that runs through Creatify's generative tools, priced per clip or variable, or through a different kind of tool.

The alternatives, tool by tool

1. CamClo AI

Best for: UGC-style ads and commercials generated from a product photo

CamClo AI is an AI studio for ecommerce teams. Where Creatify's standard tools have an AI actor present your product, CamClo AI's Video Ads tool generates the whole ad from your product photo: the person, the setting, the voice and the sound, with the product used, worn or unboxed on screen. You can also paste a product page link, and it pulls in the product image, name and description.

  • Formats: 15, including UGC, UGC Virtual Try-On, Unboxing, Testimonial, Street Interview, POV, Yapper and Product Demo, plus produced styles such as Commercial and TV Spot. The script is written for you.
  • Output: sized for 10 placements, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts and Facebook and Instagram feeds, at 480p, 720p or 1080p, from 4 to 30 seconds per video ad.
  • Cost per ad: one charge per ad, script included, shown on the Generate button before you start. An 8-second 720p ad costs 11 credits on the default model, a 15-second 720p ad 20 credits, and a 30-second 720p ad on Seedance 2.5 costs 50.
  • Remix Ads: pick a proven ad from a brand's ad library and CamClo AI rebuilds it around your product, up to 90 seconds, much as Creatify's Ad Clone remakes an ad.
  • After the ad: Ad Autopilot, an AI marketing agent for Meta and Google Ads, launches, scales, pauses and refreshes ads, with spend caps and approvals.
  • Pricing: Creator is $49 per month with 150 credits, and Studio plans start at $99 per month with 330. On a paid plan you can add extra credits, 50 or more at a time. There is a 7-day free trial with 20 credits.
UGC format: a creator-style lipstick review (plays without sound).
UGC Virtual Try-On format: she holds up the outfit, then wears it.

Strengths

  • The product on screen is the one in your photo, handled, worn or unboxed
  • Script, scene, voice and sound in one charge, shown before you generate
  • Sized for each placement, from 4 to 30 seconds, and up to 90 seconds with Remix Ads
  • Ad Autopilot can then launch, scale and refresh the ads on Meta and Google

Limits

  • Can seem a little expensive next to an avatar ad tool, but the credits cover the script, the generated scene with your product in it and the sizing for each placement, not just an avatar reading a script

To see every format and a sample of each, visit the AI UGC video ad maker that starts from a product photo.

2. Arcads

Best for: AI actor ads

Arcads comes up in most Creatify comparisons. It has a library of more than 1,000 AI actors, or you can create your own, and Arcads says actors can hold your product, show your app or wear your clothes, with translation into more than 30 languages.

  • Pricing: Arcads does not publish plan prices on its site, so see vendor site. Its help center says Starter includes 8,000 credits a month and Creator 16,000, and that talking-actor videos cost 800 credits per minute per actor, rounded up. That puts Starter at 10 billed minutes of one actor, and a 30-second ad bills as a full minute.
  • Free: the homepage says a free trial is available; Arcads' MCP page offers a 3-day free trial when you connect its MCP.
Arcads homepage offering a free trial and a library of more than 1,000 AI actors
The Arcads homepage. Arcads does not publish plan prices.

Strengths

  • A large library of AI actors, plus your own
  • Actors can hold, show or wear the product
  • Translation into 30+ languages

Limits

  • No public price list to compare before you sign up
  • Starter and Creator credits do not roll over, and usage pauses at the monthly limit

Pick this instead of Creatify if the actor is the ad: a big cast, your own AI avatar, or the same face across a series. Our Arcads pricing guide goes deeper on its credits.

3. HeyGen

Best for: AI presenters in many languages

HeyGen is an AI avatar platform: a presenter delivers your script to camera, in stock or custom looks, with translation and lip-sync. Its plan features list Product Placement, for putting your product into an avatar video.

  • Pricing: Creator is $29/month, or $24/month billed yearly ($288), with 600 credits. Pro starts at $49/month, or $41/month billed yearly, with 1,000 credits. Business is $149/month with 1,500 credits.
  • What a credit buys: from 4 credits per minute (Avatar III, video look) to 48 (Avatar V), per HeyGen's help center. A 30-second Avatar V ad uses 24 credits, so Creator covers about 25 such ads a month.
  • Free: 3 videos a month, up to 1 minute each.

Strengths

  • 175 languages and dialects on paid plans
  • Videos up to 30 minutes on Creator and Pro
  • A free plan to test with

Limits

  • Creator cannot buy extra credits; you upgrade instead
  • Presenter-first, so product ads lean on Product Placement

Pick this instead of Creatify if you need a presenter explaining something, long videos, or many languages. See our HeyGen pricing and credits guide for every tier.

4. JoggAI

Best for: avatar ads in batches

JoggAI is an AI avatar video platform with ad tools built in. It turns product links from stores such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify into videos, runs a batch mode that it says makes up to 10 videos at once, and offers product avatars, which show your product from an uploaded photo.

  • Pricing: Starter is $29/month with 12,000 credits, which JoggAI puts at about 120 minutes of avatar video or about 10 Seedance 2.5 clips of 10 seconds. On yearly billing Starter is $24/month, with 144,000 credits granted upfront. Creator 1 is $49/month with 22,000 credits, or $40.66/month billed yearly.
  • Free: 200 credits, about 1 minute of avatar video, valid for 31 days, with no card required.
JoggAI pricing page on monthly billing showing Free with 200 credits, Starter at $29 a month with 12,000 credits and Creator 1 at $49 a month with 22,000 credits
JoggAI's pricing page (monthly billing shown).

Strengths

  • Many minutes of avatar video for the price
  • Link to video and batch generation
  • Monthly credits roll over for up to 3 months

Limits

  • AvatarX videos are capped at 1 minute each on Starter
  • Generative clips use credits fast: about 10 Seedance clips a month on Starter

Pick this instead of Creatify if you want lots of avatar minutes each month, batch generation, and credits that roll over for longer.

5. Topview

Best for: product avatars and low annual prices

Topview is an AI video platform with URL-to-video ads, virtual try-on ads for fashion, and product avatars that, Topview says, hold and interact with your item. It also sells access to many video and image models on one credit balance.

  • Pricing: Pro is $29/month with 80 credits, which Topview puts at about 53 seconds of Seedance 2.5 at 720p. Billed yearly, Pro is $16/month ($192 a year) with 960 credits upfront. Business is $75/month with 250 credits. Ultra lists at $150/month with 500 credits, shown at $120 with a 20% discount, or $50/month billed yearly.
  • Unlimited periods: some plans include credit-free "unlimited" use of certain models for set periods, which Topview says is not priority speed and works only on topview.ai.
  • Free: no free plan is listed on the pricing page.
Topview pricing page on monthly billing showing Pro at $29 with 80 credits, Business at $75 with 250 credits and Ultra at $120 instead of $150 with 500 credits
Topview's pricing page (monthly billing shown).

Strengths

  • Product avatars and try-on ads for fashion
  • Low monthly cost on yearly plans
  • Many models behind one login

Limits

  • Few monthly credits on Pro
  • Discounts and a countdown offer on the pricing page, so check the price at checkout
  • Unlimited modes can mean long waits

Pick this instead of Creatify if you want avatars that hold the product and are happy to commit to a yearly plan for the lowest price.

6. InVideo AI

Best for: editing your own footage with AI agents

InVideo now calls itself an agentic video editor: you describe the edit in plain words and its editing agent makes it on a multitrack timeline. Every plan includes that timeline editor, multiplayer editing and color, audio and 3D tools, and the plans include video models such as Seedance for generated clips.

  • Pricing: Basic is $9/month with 190 credits and selected models (no Seedance 2.5). Pro is $30/month, or $25/month billed yearly, with 1,000 credits and all models. Ultra is $80/month with 3,000 credits ($72 for the first month on a current offer), or $60/month billed yearly.
  • What a credit buys: InVideo estimates about 30 credits per 5 seconds of Seedance 2.0 Fast at 720p, and about 28 Seedance 2 videos from Pro's 1,000 credits.
  • Free: no free plan is listed on the pricing page.
InVideo pricing page on monthly billing showing Basic at $9, Pro at $30 with 1,000 credits and Ultra at $72 instead of $80 with 3,000 credits
InVideo's pricing page (monthly billing shown).

Strengths

  • A full editor on every plan, including Basic
  • A low entry price
  • Free guest seats on Pro and Ultra, with 190 credits each

Limits

  • Basic leaves out the newest models
  • A general video editor: ad structure and product shots are up to you

Pick this instead of Creatify if you edit a lot of your own footage and want AI agents and a real timeline in the same app. Our InVideo alternatives guide compares it further.

How we checked

We read Creatify's pricing page with the monthly and annual toggles, stepped through every tier of the Pro slider, opened each credit tooltip and FAQ answer, and read the help center articles on credit usage, the free plan, getting more credits, cancellation and refunds, plus the API billing docs. We saved screenshots of the pages we quote. Every cost per ad and per credit on this page is our own arithmetic on those published figures, before taxes and retakes.

We chose the alternatives from the tools that appear in the US Google results and ranking roundups for "creatify pricing" and "creatify alternatives", and took each price from the vendor's own pricing page or help center, in US dollars. Arcads publishes no plan prices, so we give only the credit rules from its help center. We did not run a scored quality test, so there are no quality scores here; try your own product before you commit.

How to keep your cost per ad down

  • Price the ad, not the plan. Credits per ad times price per credit: $0.39 a credit on monthly Starter, $0.19 on annual Starter.
  • Cut to the credit step. Keep Creatify avatar ads at 15 or 30 seconds; 16 seconds costs as much as 30.
  • Lock the script before you render. Manual edits are free; on Starter every AI revision costs credits.
  • Test before a yearly plan. Annual billing is cheaper per credit, but Creatify's payments are non-refundable.
  • Match the tool to the ad. An avatar reading a script and a generated scene with your product in it are different ads, priced differently. Our guide to what UGC ads are and our roundup of the best AI UGC video generators cover both.

If you have narrowed it to avatar and presenter tools, our comparison of HeyGen alternatives for UGC video ads goes through them one by one. If you want the whole ad generated from a product photo, start with CamClo AI's video ad generator for product brands.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Creatify cost?

Creatify lists a Free plan with 10 credits a month, Starter at $39 a month or $19 a month billed yearly with 100 credits, Pro from $99 a month or $49 a month billed yearly with 300 credits, rising to $999 a month ($799 billed yearly) for 5,000 credits, and custom Enterprise pricing.

How many credits does a Creatify video use?

Video Ad, Avatar Video and AI Shorts use 5 credits per 15 seconds of video, rounded up, so a 30-second ad uses 10 credits. AI revisions use 3 credits per 15 seconds, and are free on Pro and above if you keep the script, avatar and voice. A Google Veo 3 clip in the Product Video tool is a flat 10 credits for up to 8 seconds. Agent, Ad Flow and Ad Clone use a variable number of credits that Creatify cannot show upfront.

Do Creatify credits roll over?

For up to two months. Creatify's FAQ says unused credits are valid for 2 months, so they carry into the next month and then expire. On the pricing page, the Pro plan on annual billing says its credits expire yearly. Free plan credits do not carry over to a paid plan.

Is there a free Creatify plan?

Yes. Every new account starts on the Free plan with 10 credits a month. That covers up to 2 video ads of up to 15 seconds or 20 image ads, and exports carry a watermark. Ad Flow and Agent are available, but Creatify says 10 credits is not enough to finish a video with either.

Can I get a refund from Creatify?

Creatify's refund policy says payments are final and non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan and remaining credits stay active until the end of the billing period, so test the Free plan before you pay, especially for a yearly plan.

What is the best Creatify alternative?

It depends on the ad you need. To generate the whole ad from a product photo, with the product used, worn or unboxed, CamClo AI is built for it. For AI actors reading a script, look at Arcads. For presenters in many languages, HeyGen. For batches of avatar ads, JoggAI. For product avatars at low annual prices, Topview. For editing your own footage with AI agents, InVideo AI.

How does CamClo AI compare with Creatify for product ads?

Creatify's standard Video Ad tool, at 5 credits per 15 seconds, has an AI actor present your product with the images, video and text you upload or pull from your product link. CamClo AI's Video Ads tool generates the whole ad from your product photo or product page link, with the product used, worn or unboxed on screen, in 15 formats such as UGC, Unboxing and UGC Virtual Try-On. An 8-second 720p ad costs 11 credits, script included, about $3.59 on the $49 Creator plan (150 credits), and Remix Ads rebuilds a proven ad around your product at up to 90 seconds. There is a 7-day free trial with 20 credits.

Want the whole ad, not just the avatar?

CamClo AI has a 7-day free trial with 20 credits.
