At a glance

  • You stay in control of the advertising accounts you connect. We act only on those accounts, only for the features you use, and you can disconnect at any time.
  • We never sell your data. We do not use your advertising data, your uploads or your results to train AI models.
  • Data we receive from Google and from Meta is used only to run the features you see in the product.
  • Deleting your account deletes your data, including connected account data and access tokens. The few narrow exceptions are listed in section 9.
  • Questions or requests: support@camclo3d.com.

1. Who we are

CamClo AI (formerly CamClo3D) is a product operated by Techtelligence India ("we", "our", "us"). It is an AI platform for fashion and e-commerce businesses: product imagery and video, ad creative, and advertising campaign management on Meta and Google (together, the "Services").

This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. By using the Services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Data controller

For the purposes of data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Techtelligence India is the data controller for your personal data. You can reach us at:

CamClo AI, operated by Techtelligence India
S.K.1 Compound, Malviya Warehouse
56/1/4, Dewas Naka, Lasudia Mor
Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India
Email: support@camclo3d.com

When we act on your behalf

Some data belongs to your customers rather than to you: people who fill in your lead forms or buy from your store. For that data you are the controller and we are your processor. We handle it only on your instructions, to provide the feature you switched on.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and profile

  • Account details: your name, email address, business name and business details.
  • Sign-in: you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, or with Google sign-in. If you use Google sign-in we receive your name and email address from Google. We do not ask you to create a password.
  • Preferences: language, workspace settings and the defaults you choose for your campaigns.
  • Communications: what you send us when you contact support or answer a survey.

2.2 Billing

Billing name, billing address, tax details you provide and records of your transactions. Payment card details are entered with our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.

2.3 Content you upload and create

  • Product and model images: photos of garments, products and reference models.
  • Face references: used for face features only with your explicit consent.
  • Videos, text prompts and brand kits: the material and instructions you give our AI tools.
  • Generated content: the images, videos and ads the Services produce for you.
  • Conversations with our assistants: the messages you send, the replies, and any screenshots or files you attach to a conversation.

2.4 Advertising accounts you connect

If you connect a Meta or a Google advertising account, we receive data from that account as described in section 5 and section 6. Connecting is always optional and always starts from the official Meta or Google consent screen.

2.5 Data about your customers that you route through us

  • Leads: when you run lead ads, the answers people submit in your Meta lead forms, such as name, email address and phone number, so you can see and export your own leads.
  • Sales and shop tracking: if you turn on server-side tracking, your store, and the CamClo tag or Shopify pixel on it, send us the shop events you choose (page views, product views, searches, add-to-carts, checkout steps) and your orders, so we can pass them to your own Meta or Google account. For each one we receive what that needs: the page address, the product or order reference, value and currency, the search term, ad click identifiers, the shopper's IP address and browser type, and contact details where the shopper gave them, for example at checkout. Contact details are turned into a one-way hash the moment they reach us and are never stored in readable form.
  • What we keep from it: a record of each event (the order reference, value, currency, the campaign and ad it came from, and which signals were present, never the contact details); for up to 3 days, the browser's copy of an order, including the shopper's IP address and browser type, so it can be matched with your store's own copy of the same order; and an ad-click memory: the shopper's ad click identifiers and Meta browser identifier, filed under a one-way hash of their email address, customer number or visitor number, or under the Meta browser identifier itself, so a sale days later can still be credited to the ad that brought it. How long each is kept is in section 9.

2.6 Information collected automatically

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, error logs and referring pages.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used and how the product is used.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences and understand usage. Our public website also uses analytics and advertising measurement tags, including tags from Google and Meta.

2.7 Tags you add to your store

If you add the CamClo tag or the CamClo Shopify pixel to your store, it runs on your store's pages for your shoppers, on your instructions. It sets first-party cookies and browser storage on your store's own domain: Meta's browser identifier (_fbp) and ad click identifier (_fbc), and CamClo identifiers for the visitor, the ad click that brought them, Google's click identifiers and the last campaign source (_cc_vid, _cc_click, _cc_gclid, _cc_utm). On Shopify it also keeps the shopper's contact details on the shopper's own device in one-way hashed form, so later events can be matched.

These cookies last up to 90 days and are renewed on each visit. If you add the optional cookie keeper to a WordPress or WooCommerce store, your own server sets the same cookies again so that browsers keep them for their full life, up to about 13 months.

You are responsible for telling your shoppers about these cookies in your own privacy notice and for asking for their consent where the law requires it. On Shopify, the pixel runs under the customer privacy settings you choose in Shopify.

4. How we use your information

4.1 Providing the Services

  • Generate the images, videos and ads you ask for.
  • Plan, publish and manage advertising campaigns in the accounts you connect.
  • Process payments and manage your subscription and credits.
  • Send service messages such as receipts, security notices and product updates.

4.2 AI processing

  • Third-party AI providers: your uploads, prompts and, for campaign features, your campaign data are sent to AI model providers so they can return a result to you. They act as our service providers.
  • No training on your data: we do not use your uploads, your generated content or your advertising data to train AI models.
  • Storage: generated images and videos are stored in secure cloud storage and linked to your account until you delete them.

4.3 Communication

We reply to your requests, tell you about changes to the Services, and send marketing messages only with your consent.

4.4 Security and improvement

We monitor for fraud and abuse, fix faults, and study aggregated usage to improve the product.

5. Meta advertising data

This section applies if you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertising account. We access Meta data only after you authorize it through Meta's official login, and only for the business that owns the connected account.

5.1 What we access

  • Your ad accounts, Pages, Instagram accounts, pixels and datasets, so you can choose what to use.
  • Campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives, and their performance: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and related metrics.
  • Audiences inside your own ad account.
  • Lead forms and the leads they collect, if you run lead ads.
  • The access token Meta issues when you authorize us.

5.2 How we use it

  • Show dashboards, reports and insights for your own campaigns.
  • Create, publish and manage campaigns, ad sets, ads and creatives in your ad account, on your behalf.
  • Optimize your campaigns, for example adjusting budgets, pausing weak ads and refreshing creatives, within limits you control and, where you have asked for it, only after your approval.
  • Create and manage audiences inside your own ad account from your own pixel events and engagement. We do not upload customer lists and we never move audiences or data between advertisers.
  • Show you your leads.
  • Set up ads that open a conversation in Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp. We do not read your conversations.
  • If you turn on server-side tracking, send your store's shop events and orders to your own Meta dataset through the Conversions API, with shopper contact details in hashed form only. Orders your own filters leave out are sent under a separate event name that ad bidding does not use.

5.3 What we never do

We do not sell Meta data. We do not use it to advertise to anyone on our own behalf, to build profiles of people, or to train AI models. We share it only with the service providers described in section 7, under confidentiality obligations, to deliver the Services to you.

5.4 Storage, disconnection and deletion

  • Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
  • You can disconnect a Meta account at any time in Settings. We then ask Meta to revoke our access, erase the stored token and stop managing the account. If the same authorization still powers another account you have connected, access ends when the last one is disconnected. Your ads keep running in Meta exactly as you left them, and your campaign history stays in your CamClo AI account until you delete it.
  • You can also remove CamClo AI under Business Integrations in your Facebook settings. Meta then sends us a data deletion request, which we complete and confirm with a status link.
  • Deleting your CamClo AI account deletes all Meta data we hold, including leads, campaign records and tokens.

Our use of Meta data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. Google user data

This section applies if you sign in with Google or connect a Google Ads account. CamClo AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6.1 What we access, and only with your consent

  • Your Google account email address and ID, to sign you in and to identify the connection.
  • Your Google Ads account data, when you connect Google Ads: accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, search terms, budgets, bidding settings, conversion actions and performance metrics.
  • The names and IDs of your Google Analytics 4 properties, only if you choose to link Analytics. We do not read your Analytics reports.

Each permission is requested separately, at the moment you use the feature that needs it. We never access anything in your Google account beyond the permissions you approve.

6.2 How we use it

  • Show your campaigns and results, and audit whether your conversion tracking works.
  • Research keywords and forecasts, and build a campaign plan for you to review.
  • Create campaigns in your Google Ads account in a paused state. Nothing spends until you activate it.
  • Apply the changes you request or approve, such as budgets, bids, keywords and ad copy, or changes the agent makes within limits you set.
  • If you choose to link Analytics, list your GA4 properties and create the link between the property you pick and your Google Ads account.
  • If you turn on sales tracking, send your own store's orders to your own Google Ads account as conversions (counted when an order is placed or when it is paid, as you choose, and leaving out the orders your filters exclude), and report refunds as conversion adjustments. Shopper contact details are sent in hashed form only, and only where your store has consent.

6.3 Limited use

  • We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above.
  • We do not sell Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data to serve ads to you or to anyone else on our own behalf, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising. Managing your own Google Ads campaigns at your direction is the feature you connect the account for.
  • We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • We transfer Google user data only to the service providers that host and run the Services, to AI providers that return plans and recommendations to you, where the law requires it, or as part of a merger or acquisition with notice to you.
  • No person at CamClo AI reads your Google user data unless you ask us to, for example in a support request, unless it is needed for security purposes such as investigating abuse or a fault affecting your account, or unless the law requires it.

6.4 Storage, disconnection and deletion

  • Access tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and are never shown in the product or written to logs.
  • You can disconnect Google Ads at any time in Settings. We revoke our access with Google, erase the stored token, switch off sales tracking for that account and stop managing it. If the same Google authorization still powers another account you have connected, access ends when the last one is disconnected. Your campaigns stay in Google Ads exactly as they are, and your campaign history stays in your CamClo AI account until you delete it. A link you created between Analytics and Google Ads is your own configuration and stays until you remove it in Google Analytics.
  • You can also remove access yourself at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Deleting your CamClo AI account revokes our access with Google and deletes the Google data we hold: connections, tokens, campaign records, conversion records and what the agent learned about the account.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:

  • Service providers: cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), AI model providers, our payment processor, email and notification services, and product analytics. They process data only to provide their service to us, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Advertising platforms you connect: when you ask us to publish or change a campaign, or to send a conversion, we send that instruction and data to your own Meta or Google account.
  • Legal requirements: where the law, a regulation or a valid legal request requires it, or to protect rights, safety or property.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with notice to you.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose you agree to.

8. Data security

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
  • Meta and Google access tokens encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never written to logs.
  • Shopper contact details from your store turned into a one-way hash on arrival, never stored in readable form.
  • Access controls on our cloud infrastructure, with staff access limited to what a role needs.
  • Sign-in by one-time email link or Google sign-in.
  • Regular security reviews and updates.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active and deleted when you delete your account.
  • Uploads and generated content: kept until you delete them or delete your account.
  • Assistant conversations: kept, with any screenshots you attached, until you delete your account. A tracking assistant conversation can also be deleted on its own, which deletes its screenshots too.
  • Meta and Google advertising data: kept while the account is connected and your CamClo AI account is active. Disconnecting erases the access token. Deleting your account deletes the rest.
  • Leads: kept while your account is active, so you can see and export them, and deleted with your account.
  • Sales and shop tracking records: the record of each event, 90 days; refund records, 400 days, so your net sales stay right; the browser's copy of an order, including the shopper's IP address and browser type, up to 3 days; the ad-click memory, 90 days after the shopper's last visit; the record of each order sent to Google Ads, while your account is active. All of them are deleted when you delete your account. If another CamClo account has connected the same ad account and pixel, the store's tracking setup and these records stay with that account, because they belong to the store.
  • Processing logs: kept for a limited period for debugging and security, then deleted.
  • Sign-in and checkout IP addresses: kept for 90 days to prevent fraud and trial abuse, then deleted automatically, or sooner if you delete your account.

Three things are kept after you delete your account:

  • Your email address, only to prevent abuse of free credits and for security and legal purposes.
  • A scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your email address and of your card's last four digits, card network and billing postcode, if you started a trial, only so the same person or card cannot claim the trial twice. It cannot be turned back into your email or card number.
  • Invoices and payment records, which tax and accounting law requires us to keep for a statutory period.

10. Your choices and deleting your data

10.1 Access and correction

You can see and update your account information in your profile settings.

10.2 How to delete your data

  • One item: delete any generated image, video or ad from the product at any time.
  • A tracking assistant conversation: use the delete button inside that conversation. Its messages and screenshots are removed.
  • A connected ad account: open Settings and choose Disconnect. This ends our access to that Meta or Google account.
  • Your whole account: click your profile icon at the top right and choose the delete account option. This is permanent. It deletes your profile, uploads, generated content, usage data, and all Meta and Google data and access tokens, apart from the exceptions in section 9.
  • By request: email support@camclo3d.com and we will delete your data for you.

10.3 Marketing messages

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.

10.4 Cookies

Most browsers accept cookies by default. You can change your browser settings to decline them.

11. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including India and the United States, where our servers and service providers are located. For transfers of personal data from the EU or EEA to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, on your explicit consent where appropriate, or on what is necessary to perform the services you request. You can ask us about the safeguards in place.

12. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us.

13. Rights for EU and EEA users

  • Access: ask for a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: ask us to delete your data, which you can also do yourself with the delete account option.
  • Restriction: ask us to limit processing.
  • Portability: receive your data in a portable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To use these rights, email support@camclo3d.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

14. Rights for California residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to know, delete and correct their personal information, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To use your rights, email support@camclo3d.com.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
