Virtual Try-On uses AI to digitally place clothing on model photos. Upload a garment image (top, bottom, full body, or outerwear), select or upload a model photo, and our AI renders a photorealistic image of the model wearing your garment. It supports custom model uploads, includes a precision mask editor, and generates results in 60-90 seconds.

Virtual Try-On supports four garment categories: Upper body (tops, shirts, jackets, blouses), Lower body (pants, skirts, trousers), Full body outfits (dresses, jumpsuits, co-ord sets), and Outer wear (coats, blazers, cardigans). Each category is optimized for accurate fit and draping simulation.

Avatar Video lets you create talking videos from a single photo. Upload any portrait photo, provide a script (text-to-speech with 80+ languages) or your own audio file, and our AI animates the photo with realistic lip sync and facial movements. Videos are generated in 2-5 minutes using Kling AI technology. Perfect for product demos, ads, and multilingual marketing content.

Smart Edit is our AI-powered image editor that takes text prompts. Simply describe what you want to change — like "change the dress color to red" or "add a necklace" — and the AI modifies your image accordingly. No Photoshop skills required.

Our AI achieves 95%+ accuracy in garment placement and texture rendering. The system accounts for fabric type, pattern alignment, and natural draping physics. We accept all major payment methods through Razorpay, including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments. Pricing is available in INR, USD, EUR, and GBP — we automatically detect your location and show pricing in your local currency.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Manage Subscription page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you can continue using your remaining credits during that time.

Due to the nature of digital SaaS products, we follow a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final. We strongly recommend using the 10 free trial credits to test the platform before purchasing a subscription. This ensures you're satisfied with the quality and features before committing.

Each subscription plan includes a set number of credits per billing cycle. Every AI generation (image creation, video generation, background removal, etc.) consumes 1 credit. Credits can be used across any tool on the platform. Your credit balance and usage history are always visible in your dashboard.

Credits are valid until the end of your current billing cycle. When your subscription renews (monthly or yearly), any unused credits from the previous cycle expire and a fresh set of credits is allocated with your new cycle.

No, unused credits do not roll over. Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and are reset when your subscription renews. We recommend using all your credits within your current cycle to get the most value from your plan.

Yes! Credits are universal across the entire platform. You can use them for Virtual Try-On, Product Photography, Image to Video, Avatar Video, Smart Edit, Background Removal, Image Upscaling, or any other tool. 1 credit = 1 generation, regardless of the tool.

When your credits are exhausted, you can upgrade to a higher plan for more credits immediately. Alternatively, your credits will be replenished when your next billing cycle begins. You won't lose access to the platform — you simply won't be able to generate new content until credits are available.

Generated images are stored indefinitely on our servers. You can access, download, or delete them at any time from your Generations history. You have full control over your content — nothing is automatically removed.

Uploaded source images are stored on our servers and remain accessible from your account. You can delete them at any time. Your images are never shared with third parties or used to train AI models. All processing is done securely in isolated environments.

Yes. All images generated using paid credits are yours to use commercially. You retain full ownership and commercial usage rights for your generated content. Free trial generations include a watermark and are intended for testing purposes.

Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. We never store your credit card or banking details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard SSL/TLS security.

All tools support JPG, JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats. Maximum file size is 20MB per image. For best results, we recommend a minimum resolution of 512x512 pixels. For model photos (Virtual Try-On), 800x1000 pixels or higher is recommended. Images are automatically optimized during processing.

Processing times vary by tool: Background Removal and Magic Eraser take under 1 minute, Image Upscaling and Generative Fill take 1-2 minutes, Virtual Try-On and Product Photography take 60-90 seconds, Image to Video takes 2-4 minutes, and Avatar Video takes 2-5 minutes. You'll see real-time progress updates during every generation.

CamClo3D works on all modern browsers including Chrome 87+, Firefox 78+, Safari 14+, and Edge 88+. We recommend keeping your browser updated for the best experience. No browser plugins or extensions are required.

Occasionally, generations may fail due to image quality issues or server load. If a generation fails, your credit is not consumed — it's automatically refunded. Try again with a higher-quality source image, or check that your image meets the format and size requirements. If the issue persists, contact us at support@camclo3d.com.
